HELLO!
I am a holistic therapist and specialise in pain management and mindfulness. I combine the natural power of Reiki energy and crystal therapy to help form deep relaxation and self-nurturing, while also clearing any negative energies and replenishing them with a new lease of positive energy to help alleviate pain and focus the mind on self healing. The energies go where they are needed most during the sessions. Energies channeled to the receiver are always offered for their highest good, any energies that are not required by the receiver return to source or can be asked to go to wherever or whoever needs it most.
Helping to cope
This treatment is not limited to the specific areas mentioned above, there are many other ailments and reasons for choosing to use this treatment as a healing aid such as poor sleep, relaxation, rejuvenation, helping to cope with a recent medical diagnosis and many other uses.
Self love & happiness
As in a real rose, they bloom and grow and are very resilient in all weather conditions. Rose Crystal Healing represents the Rose Quartz crystal, which channels self love and happiness, in order to be loved we need to first love and accept ourselves. This starts with our heart chakra and being heart centred.
Having lived with pain all my life, I have been offered many medical treatments and medications, yet none have been able to help me. I have also tried other holistic therapies, again with little relief. I then found my way to a new path and trained as a Reiki and crystal practitioner. While there hasn’t been a cure, it has helped me on a much deeper level enabling me to cope and replace the negative with the positive energies.
With my training and the power of the Universal energies, I wish to give my appreciation back to the Source and help others to start to feel the amazing benefits these energies have to offer.
